Aston Villa vs Liverpool:Can Villa repeat the win and knock The Reds out

It’s FA cup 3rd and we will witness one of the most exciting matches of this round as Aston villa take on Premier League reigning champions Liverpool.We can’t forget how earlier this season Villa crushed the Reds by 7-2.But that was a wake up call for Jurgen Klopp’s men as they put on a tremendous run of wins which saw them clinch back the top of the Premier League table.

The Villans  are 7th in the league table and have 2 matches in hand over some of their opponents.They lost at home to Manchester United in their last home match and will want to do better against Liverpool come Friday night.The seven times winners of the FA cup must be on top form to stop a resilient Liverpool side,who are a shadow of the team they got beaten by the home side 2-7 back in October.Manager Dean Smith will have to rely on in form Jack Grealish and Anwar El-Ghazi and create problems for the Merseyside defence.

Jurgen Klopp must be very content with his team for turning around their season and topping the league table.But two draws and a defeat in Southampton in their last three matches in the league may raise some concerns for the German as he leads his team to Villa Park for this tough 3rd round match.The Reds have also won the FA cup seven times,they haven’t won it  since 2012 though.The Reds have a prolific goal scoring record this season with 37 goals in 16 games in the League.
