The New Yorkers are in discussions with the Jets over a possible swap of the 24-year-old Canadian, RDS journalist Francois Gagnon reports. Dubois previously played for Columbus alongside forward Artemi Panarin, now a Rangers player. Dubois scored 60 (28+32) points in 81 NHL games last season. The forward could become a restricted free agent this summer. His cap hit on his 2-year contract with Winnipeg is $5 million. They can trade anyone they want in the NHL, they have a very strong rotation. If he is traded, his salary will remain the same. Panarin does not care who he can play with in one team, he is a master.
