Responsible Gambling Council is an independent non-profit organization aimed at preventing and eradicating problems and harm posed by gambling. RGC is working to reduce the level of risk from gambling through the creation and implementation of innovative information content and information programs. The Council also promotes the development and wide application of the principles of responsible gaming; develops new standards and programs. RGC aims to unite all the factors in order to reduce the number of problems linked with gambling: it uses first-hand information and experience of those affected by gambling; it works with government authorities and regulators, policy makers and professionals in the field of treatment of gambling addicts.
