Manchester United Hopeful On Alejandro Garnacho As Contract Renewal Gets Intense
Though not a regular starter yet, but having turned up to the scoring board every time be is called upon, it’s no doubt Garnacho will get even more game time when the Premier League resumes.
The Argentine scored the winning goal as Man United produced a 2-1 victory against Fulham before the World Cup break, winning him the player of the month award.
Manchester United are keen on keeping the youngster and are open to taking his pay to around £100k per week depending on how the negotiation ends with his representatives.
Garnacho is happy at United and excited to work under the current manager and with no offers yet knocking at his door, it’s very much likely he will be remaining at United.
However, it’s clear that should he renew, he won’t be going for a very lengthy contract as he most likely wants to walk in the footsteps of his idol, Cristiano Ronaldo who went from Manchester United to Real Madrid.
Garnacho has made just 10 appearances for Manchester United.
